Long before our doors opened, FOAMÉ had already begun.

It started as a quiet little tradition after our daughter’s hospital appointments. Hot chocolate for her, coffee for us, and a rare moment to just slow down, sit together, and leave the worries of the day behind. Those brief, stolen minutes were our comfort and calm.

When we decided to build a space of our own, we just wanted to recreate that exact feeling. As a family, we put all of our creativity together - designing the space ourselves, testing house-made cold foams in the kitchen, and making the kind of delicious sandos we love to eat. They are just small, simple rituals, but we hope they make your day feel a little bit lighter.

We believe our café has a unique purpose. That's why every detail is designed to help you find comfort, share, and savour the moment. We don’t believe in overcomplicating things, but we do believe in doing them right. We picked every ingredient purely because it tasted incredible to us.

We’re more than a café. we’re the sanctuary where speciality coffee meets our signature cold foam. From the velvet texture of our matcha to the curated flavours of our sandos, every detail is designed to help you find comfort, share and savour the moment.

We pile our fillings high on freshly baked sourdough or brioche if you're coming for brunch. You will regret not getting truffle hashbrowns with them.

What GOT us HERE

BEHIND THE SCENES

We don’t have a big design team or any blueprint to follow. FOAMÉ was built right on our living room carpet, late nights, endless family group chats, and a lot of learning on the job. We poured our hearts into every corner of the interior, every recipe, and every mistake along the way.

Everything we make is shaped by the same idea: comfort should feel considered. From the temperature of a drink to the texture of the foam, the details are quiet - but they matter.

Design

We chose every fabric, colour, and texture right on our living room floor. We built the counter, bookshelf and chairs ourselves. From our social media to our menu cards, every single detail belongs to us. Cozy and aesthetic yet retro and modern.

The neighbourhood

We stood behind the counter on morning one, nervously praying at least one person would walk in. Instead, we were met with queues out the door for weeks. We promise to serve every cup with the same warmth and gratitude you all gave us <3
